The Sales Lead is responsible for driving store sales and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through active engagement and shoe recommendations. They also oversee retail operations, including inventory management, store opening/closing procedures, and mentoring associates.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a team-leading role. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company.
