The Complex Claim Director leads a team of consultants in managing high-exposure mass tort and environmental claims. They are responsible for driving business results, overseeing litigation strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience, with a preference for a JD or Master's degree. Strong technical expertise in general liability and mass tort claims is required, along with proven leadership and management capabilities.

Leads a team of Claims Consultants and Consulting Directors that are responsible for the handling of complex, high exposure mass tort and environmental claims, including social media addiction, PFAS, talc, sexual molestation, and other long tail general liability and pollution related matters.Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
