Lead a team of mid-level gift officers and manage a portfolio of donors to drive revenue and growth. Develop individualized cultivation and stewardship plans to increase donor retention and identify major gift potential.
Requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of fundraising experience with a proven track record of managing individual donor portfolios. Experience leading a team and proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge or similar databases is required.
This role will work Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Occasional work on weekends and evenings may be required, depending on business needs.
Although this position may work remotely, candidates living in our service areas of Utah, Las Vegas, Colorado, & Montana are preferred.
Essential Functions
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
