The Lead Risk Analyst will support end-to-end risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and quantification across global project phases. They will also maintain project risk registers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk insights into project decisions.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in project or operational risk management and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency with risk management systems such as ARM or Safran is required, along with experience in global, matrixed organizations.

As a Lead Risk Analyst you will work with global project teams, contributing to technical scope execution while helping ensure projects meet schedule and financial goals. Support end‑to‑end risk management activities across project phases, including identification, assessment, quantification, and treatment planning.
You will report to the Director, New Plant Risk Management. You will be fully remote position and no sponsorship is available.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be 103,200 to 129,000 per year.
