The Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and submittals for large-scale energy infrastructure projects. They are responsible for maintaining document workflows, performing quality reviews, and coordinating communication between project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or document control environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PDF management software like Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat Pro is required.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support major renewable energy and capital infrastructure projects within the Strategic Projects Group. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN, requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays when project activities permit.
You will play a critical part in coordinating project documentation, managing drawing packages, tracking submittals. The projects will include large-scale wind, solar, repower, transmission, and substation projects valued at $15M+.
