Candidates must have extensive residential retrofit experience and hold a Journeyman or licensed electrician certification. Proficiency in modern electrical building codes, blueprint reading, and the use of various electrical tools is required.

We are looking for individuals in Columbia, MD with deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34 - $41 per hour
