The RN is responsible for collaborating with healthcare teams and families to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. They must promote optimal health and safety using the nursing process in accordance with state standards.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of RN ICU experience. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, with TNCC or TCAR required within one year of hire.

At St. Francis Hospital – Interquest, our 8 bed ICU/IMC unit cares for patients 16 years old and up. We have a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio for ICU and 1:3 for IMC. Our brand-new facility offers a stunning view and the opportunity to build a strong foundation of teamwork and innovation while redefining patient care and clinical efficiency. As a small hospital, we truly get to know all the other departments and build close relationships where each employee’s opinion is heard and valued.
