Buscamos un/a Arquitecto de Datos con trayectoria sólida liderando técnicamente proyectos de datos analíticos de alto impacto, con dominio real y comprobado construyendo infraestructura de datos en AWS en ambientes productivos, y capacidad de diseñar modelos de datos multientidad con control de acceso granular.
Este es un rol de liderazgo técnico end-to-end: la persona que define la arquitectura, toma las decisiones de diseño, construye la infraestructura crítica del pipeline y responde por la solución frente al cliente. Buscamos a quien lidere con criterio propio, no a quien ejecute tareas ya definidas por otros.
Si te motiva ser la referencia técnica de un proyecto, tomar decisiones de arquitectura con autonomía y construir con tus propias manos la infraestructura que sostiene la solución —incluyendo sus componentes de red y seguridad en un entorno de alta exigencia como el financiero— este rol es para ti.
Definir la estrategia analítica y el modelo funcional de la solución, traduciendo objetivos de negocio en decisiones de arquitectura.
Diseñar y construir el pipeline de ingesta y transformación sobre AWS: funciones Lambda (integradas con Microsoft Graph API), Data Lake en S3, jobs de Glue y tablas externas en Athena.
Configurar la seguridad de la infraestructura (IAM) y, según corresponda, su capa de red, asegurando que la arquitectura cumpla los estándares exigidos en entornos regulados como el financiero.
Diseñar el modelo dimensional (star schema) pensado para escalar a nuevas entidades sin rediseño, y el modelo de seguridad a nivel de datos (RLS), incluyendo su mapeo a la identidad corporativa del cliente.
Definir los estándares de arquitectura, métricas de negocio y consultas analíticas que el equipo de desarrollo ejecuta.
Actuar como autoridad técnica frente al cliente: validar la calidad de los entregables del equipo y ser el punto de contacto para decisiones de arquitectura e infraestructura.
Mantener la documentación de arquitectura como base de gobierno y transferencia de conocimiento.
Formación: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Datos, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.
Experiencia: 4+ años en arquitectura de datos analíticos, con responsabilidad directa sobre decisiones de diseño (no solo ejecución).
Track record construyendo infraestructura de datos en AWS en producción, incluyendo su capa de red y seguridad — se evaluará profundidad técnica real, no solo conocimiento teórico.
Experiencia diseñando modelos de datos multientidad con control de acceso granular.
Experiencia integrando arquitecturas cloud con ecosistemas empresariales existentes (identidad, fuentes de datos corporativas).
Experiencia liderando técnicamente proyectos y siendo interlocutor directo de clientes o stakeholders senior, idealmente en sectores con altos estándares de seguridad (financiero, salud, gobierno)
