The Superintendent manages all aspects of the home-building process to ensure quality standards, budget adherence, and construction schedules are met. They are responsible for inspecting homes daily, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a vocational certification or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in home building. A valid driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are also required.

The Superintendent manages all aspects of the assigned home-building processes in accordance with View Homes' quality standards and local building codes, while adhering to budgets, maintaining the construction schedule, and providing the level of service required to achieve the established customer satisfaction goals. It is imperative that the Superintendent maintain a mindset of continual improvement and work diligently to foster a culture of continual improvement within the team, department, and the company.
What you will do
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $Min - $Mid (or Max if needed), exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
