Especialista de Marketing Estratégico
Es responsable de colaborar en la interpretación del comportamiento del mercado de dispositivos médicos analizando auditorías de mercado e información comercial para ser un asesor con los equipos de marketing, ventas y acceso de la Unidades de Negocio, generando ideas, conclusiones y recomendaciones basada en insights que faciliten la toma de decisiones, así como de analizar tendencias y comportamientos para aumentar la competitividad y el crecimiento de productos estratégicos.
Colaborar en la construcción del proceso de cálculo de potenciales de mercado siendo un asesor para los equipos de marketing y participando activamente en el proceso de creación de potenciales para comprender sus metodologías y documentarlas Con el objetivo de crear el repositorio de potenciales de la región simplificando la visión de nuevas oportunidades, así como de riesgos y/o amenazas.
Crear iniciativas de optimización del portafolio que potencialicen el crecimiento de la región, así como analizar productos que no estén rotando en los mercados recabando y analizando información de los clientes y competencia, así como data interna para asegurar que los esfuerzos de la compañía estén enfocados en las soluciones y productos priorizados y estratégicos definidos por los negocios.
Dar seguimiento a investigaciones de mercado a través de los lineamientos definidos en conjunto con el negocio, así como el desarrollo a los procesos administrativos internos y externos participando activamente con los equipos de marketing locales y regionales en los proyectos de nuevas oportunidades y potenciales para ayudar a desarrollar nuevos negocios o audiencias targets que permitan aumentar el revenue de los negocios
Impulsar el uso del showroom físico y digital con equipos internos y externos, así como administrar las visitas y accesos ejecutando los cambios, actualizaciones y políticas de estos con los equipos de marketing, ventas y clínicos con el objetivo de mostrar nuestras soluciones y productos facilitando a los negocios la influencia con clientes que impulsen nuevos negocios, así como capacitaciones internas para nuestros asociados a través de experiencias interactivas y presenciales.
Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura Económico – Administrativa (Actuaria, Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Mercadotecnia o a fin) Titulado
Manejo de inglés intermedio
Habilidad analítica y comunicación asertiva
Experiencia previa: 3 a 5 años en Marketing
Office avanzado (Excel, Power Point); SFDC, Marketo & Showpad
Experiencia en industria de dispositivos médico o farmacéutica
