Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the Vice President People, you will be responsible for leading and managing all administrative activities and IT management for the Pune headquarters office.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Leading and driving all office related maintenance activities like Housekeeping, facility maintenance, electricity, water, guest house etc.
  
• Leading Vendor Management, forecast and plan all purchases related to office administration and IT like equipment, AMCs, supplies, other purchases.
  
• Organizing company events.
  
• Ensuring the administrative needs of the Head office and local field offices are fulfilled.
  
• Supporting with executive travel plans and bookings when necessary.
  
• Supporting other teams in day-to-day admin activities.
• Maintaining and tracking Administration & IT budget.
  

More about YOU:

Education:

• You have a Bachelors in any discipline
  

Key Experiences & Skills:

• You have a minimum 4 years of experience in office administration and IT management.
• You have excellent time management and a track record of managing multiple priorities.
• You are good at building great relationships and a good communicator in English and Hindi.
• You should have a proactive mindset with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• You should have a Bike and a valid motorcycle license and be willing to travel.
• You should be conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
• You should have a good understanding of expense management.
