The Clinical Team Leader oversees program operations, counseling staff, and participant progress within the Opioid Treatment Program. They are responsible for clinical reviews, regulatory compliance, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and a Bachelor's degree, though a Master's is preferred. Candidates must hold Qualified Health Professional status (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC Advanced) and a valid NYS Driver's License.
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Clinical Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health’s Utica's Opioid Treatment Program.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive of $3,000 or $8,000 depending on licensure.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
