The Nursing Team Leader manages day-to-day medical operations for the Aging In Place Program, supervising nursing staff and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. They are responsible for ensuring adherence to state nursing boards and regulatory standards while promoting patient independence.
Candidates must hold a valid New York State Registered Nurse License and a valid NYS Driver's License. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with one to three years of relevant clinical experience.

To support the mission of Helio Health, the Nursing Team Leader for the new Aging In Place Program for the CR SRO's will promote patients' health by developing day-to-day management through the direction and development of staff, as well as collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional teammates to provide support for patients and their families.
