Oversees the intake, tracking, and distribution of transcripts and admissions documents across multiple platforms, coordinating closely with Evaluation Counselors, Recruitment staff, the Registrar’s Office, and campus partners to ensure timely and accurate admissions decisions. Delivers front-line customer service and operational support, including email and front counter coverage, correspondence preparation, and assistance with major recruitment and enrollment events.
