The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, including the handling and disposal of hazardous waste. Duties include operating motorized cleaning equipment and maintaining a professional environment for customers and staff.
No specific education is required, though 3-6 months of experience is preferred. Candidates may need a valid driver's license and forklift certification, along with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
Bilingual a plus
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation and Shift:
On call
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (preferred)
4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
