The Product Engineer I designs, develops, and tests mechanical components and assemblies to improve product performance and manufacturability. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle from prototype through production while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 3 years of experience in product development or manufacturing engineering. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks, and a strong understanding of mechanical design principles are required.

The Product Engineer I plays a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing innovative product and component solutions that improve product performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. This position partners closely with Product Management, Manufacturing, Operations, Purchasing, and Project Management teams to take concepts from prototype through production while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
