Investigating issues and identifying any process exceptions that require further review
Supporting the resolution of customer complaints and helping to deliver positive customer outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all activities are completed compliantly
Working closely with colleagues across the business to resolve customer issues efficiently
Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Developing your knowledge of our products, systems and processes to become a subject matter expert
Skills and Experience
Experience in a customer service, administration or operational support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A genuine focus on delivering great customer service
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organisation and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
