In this role, the analyst collaborates with team members to ensure devices are properly set up, deployed, and ready for use while providing a positive and supportive experience for end users, and supports the procurement, configuration, and delivery of devices to ensure employees have the tools they need to perform their work effectively.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Desktop Services and is part of a collaborative team of two, led by a team lead. The role partners closely with desktop support teams across the organization to support the deployment and installation of end-user computing devices.
