The Senior Instructional Systems Designer will provide full-spectrum training delivery and administration for Insider Threat and Operational Security programs. Responsibilities include updating curriculum, facilitating virtual classes, and supporting professionalization services and certification programs.
Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and have extensive experience in instructional design or training. A bachelor's degree with 18+ years of experience, a master's degree with 10+ years, or 24+ years of experience without a degree is required.
