The Senior Recruiting Coordinator manages the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and facilitating pre-employment screenings. The role also focuses on maintaining ATS data accuracy and improving recruiting operational efficiency.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (BA/BS preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination. Experience within the hospitality or service industry is highly preferred.
