Provide Level 3 engineering support for SSE services including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DLP to ensure operational stability and secure policy enforcement. Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot complex issues, mentor Level 2 resources, and optimize performance for remote and office users.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in network security or infrastructure domains. Candidates must have hands-on experience with SSE technologies and strong knowledge of network fundamentals and identity-based access models.
