As an Account Executive, you will own the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating, and closing deals. Once a customer is successfully onboarded, you'll ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Support/Success team for post-sales engagement.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and working in an early-stage startup.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Be proficient in using sales automation tools, CRM platforms, and productivity software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present the value of Outbox Labs' solutions.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline - from first outreach to successful deal closure. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of closed customers to the Customer Support/Success team.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory).
• Experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Strong outbound sales and lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
