Your area of focus.
As a Wash Bay Attendant, you will inspect vehicles before and after they go through the wash, ensuring they are clean and in good condition. You'll also assist in maintaining dealership cleanliness, operate wash equipment, and ensure a positive guest experience by addressing any concerns professionally. A valid driver's license, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
What drives your day-to-day?
Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car wash bay
Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
Perform visual inspections in the car wash bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
Maintain safe working environment at all times
Understand and abide by all policies and procedures and practice compliance of policies and procedures daily and/or as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
