The Sales Advisor is responsible for acquiring new B2B customers for fuel card and fleet solutions through outbound activities. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding, including cross-selling and long-term account management.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably as an SDR or Account Executive, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. Fluency in Italian is required, with a good command of English and a strong results-oriented mindset.

In qualità di Sales Advisor, avrai il compito di promuovere la crescita del business acquisendo nuovi clienti e instaurando con essi relazioni a lungo termine. Si tratta di un ruolo commerciale entry-level pensato per una persona ambiziosa, curiosa e desiderosa di costruirsi una carriera nelle vendite B2B. In qualità di Sales Advisor, farai parte di un team di vendita outbound dinamico e motivato, incentrato sull'acquisizione di nuovi clienti per le soluzioni relative alle carte carburante e alle flotte in tutta Italia. Svilupperai le competenze di vendita fondamentali, la conoscenza del mercato e l'intuito commerciale necessari per crescere rapidamente all'interno di Radius
Questo ruolo combina l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti con la gestione degli account e il cross-selling, assicurando che i clienti non solo si uniscano a Radius, ma utilizzino attivamente i nostri prodotti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con altri reparti per sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, costruire relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato dell'azienda.
