As the Team Leader, you will be there from day one - building and leading a team of Technicians, Engineers and Senior Engineers whose expertise powers service delivery across MacGregor’s European branches. Your mission: grow our service capacity, drive customer satisfaction and put Trieste on the map as an integral part of our global service network.
You are the kind of leader people want to follow. You stay organised, make clear decisions when plans change, and are motivated by helping your team grow and deliver outstanding service. Your team trusts you because you understand their work - and leadership trusts you because you can translate it into results.
Ideally you have:
• Technical background with a good engineering understanding (apprenticeship, technical diploma, or degree in mechanical, electrical, marine engineering, or a related field).
• Hands-on experience in operations, field service, or a similar coordinator role.
• Demonstrated management and communication skills, with the ability to lead, coordinate and inspire a team.
• Good digital skills, including day-to-day use of MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort using internal company systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Europe approximately 25 – 40% of the time to support MacGregor’s branches and customers.

The base salary for this position is estimated at €52,000 – € 63,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
