Requires previous cleaning experience, a valid Category B driver's license, and English language skills. Candidates must be physically fit to handle manual labor, work in various weather conditions, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Il team Supporto & Pulizie è essenziale per garantire che ogni veicolo sia impeccabile, sicuro e pronto per il prossimo cliente, influenzando direttamente la soddisfazione del cliente e l’efficienza operativa.
Il Support & Cleaning Agent si concentra esclusivamente sul mantenimento della pulizia, dell’igiene e della presentazione della flotta a noleggio.
Si tratta di un ruolo operativo pratico, fisico e orientato ai dettagli, responsabile di:
Pulizia degli interni ed esterni dei veicoli
Preparazione dei camper con kit e dotazioni necessarie
Ispezione dei veicoli dopo il rientro
Gestione dei materiali di pulizia e dei consumabili
Supporto all’organizzazione e alla logistica del deposito
Pulizia della flotta: pulire e mantenere interni ed esterni dei veicoli secondo gli standard di igiene e presentazione, garantendo risultati costanti e di alta qualità.
Preparazione dei veicoli: preparare i camper con kit richiesti, biancheria ed extra opzionali, assicurando la disponibilità per prenotazioni e processi di check-in/check-out.
Ispezione post-rientro e segnalazione: ispezionare i veicoli al rientro per verificare pulizia, oggetti mancanti o danni, e segnalare eventuali problemi per il follow-up.
Gestione stock e consumabili: gestire le scorte e i materiali di consumo, inclusa la ricezione, lo stoccaggio e l’organizzazione, segnalando eventuali mancanze o danni.
Logistica e organizzazione del deposito: supportare la logistica del deposito, mantenere le aree di pulizia ordinate, spostare i veicoli e supportare le esigenze operative durante i periodi di picco.
Obbligatorio: esperienza nelle pulizie
Preferibile: esperienza in hospitality, magazzino, housekeeping o operations
Obbligatorio: forte attenzione ai dettagli e impegno verso gli standard igienici
Obbligatorio: buona forma fisica e capacità di svolgere attività manuali (pulizia, sollevamento, movimentazione attrezzature)
Obbligatorio: affidabilità, puntualità e capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici e ad alto ritmo
Obbligatorio: patente di guida (categoria B)
Obbligatorio: inglese e preferibile: conoscenza dell’italiano
Obbligatorio: capacità di svolgere attività di pulizia fisicamente impegnative per la maggior parte del turno, inclusi stare in piedi, camminare, piegarsi, inginocchiarsi, allungarsi e movimenti ripetitivi
Obbligatorio: comfort nel lavorare all’interno dei veicoli (spazi ristretti, superfici elevate) e all’esterno intorno alla flotta
Obbligatorio: capacità di sollevare, spostare o trasportare attrezzature di pulizia, aspirapolvere, tubi dell’acqua, prodotti chimici o kit (fino a 15 kg)
Obbligatorio: capacità di utilizzare in sicurezza prodotti e sostanze chimiche per la pulizia, inclusi disinfettanti, detergenti, smacchiatori, detergenti per vetri e trattamenti per superfici (formazione fornita)
Obbligatorio: rispetto delle linee guida aziendali sulla sicurezza nella gestione dei prodotti chimici
