Il ruolo contribuisce alla definizione e sviluppo del portafoglio globale macchine e beverage, assicurando coerenza con i bisogni dei consumatori, le dinamiche di mercato e gli obiettivi aziendali, presiedendo l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto e supportando la costruzione della pipeline di innovazione.
Sviluppo di macchine e prodotti beverage (hot e cold) a livello globale, dal brief al lancio sul mercato
Gestione dei processi di sviluppo prodotto in coordinamento con i diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni
Gestione del portafoglio prodotti globale, includendo aggiornamenti tecnologici, compliance normativa, ottimizzazione dei costi e razionalizzazione della gamma
Individuazione di opportunità di rinnovamento dell’offerta sulla base di trend di mercato, insight consumer e analisi competitiva
Costruzione e gestione di business case a supporto delle iniziative di sviluppo prodotto
Contributo alla definizione della pipeline di innovazione, traducendo insight di mercato in iniziative concrete in collaborazione con il team HoReCa
Collaborazione cross-funzionale con I&D, Supply Chain, Finance e Sales per garantire allineamento e corretta esecuzione
Gestione e sviluppo di una risorsa diretta
Esperienza di 7–10 anni in contesti FMCG, Beverage o Appliances
Esperienza in product management e sviluppo nuovi prodotti
Solido orientamento al consumatore e capacità di tradurre insight in decisioni operative
Approccio strutturato al problem solving e capacità di semplificare contesti complessi
