Our team is building the foundation for how we work with 3PL partners — designing cooperation frameworks, setting standards, monitoring compliance, and continuously improving processes across the full partner lifecycle. This role sits at the centre of that work, supporting team members across a range of projects as we scale and mature our partner operations.
You'll be juggling multiple workstreams at once, so comfort with shifting priorities and an ability to stay organised across concurrent tasks is just as important as any technical skill. You will join a team of 2 Partner Operations Coordinators and report directly to the Head of Operations.
Write and maintain process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation — making best practices clear and scalable
Use tools like Google Sheets, AI assistants, and automation platforms to build lightweight workflows and support reporting
Support team members across project tasks — from compliance tracking to framework development — adapting to shifting priorities as the team's needs evolve
Implement and embed the company's operational best practices across the 3PL partner lifecycle
Experience
Recent graduate with up to 1 year of professional experience — we're looking for someone at the start of their career who's eager to learn and grow
Skills
Comfortable with data and analysis — not a heavy analyst, but able to write a query, build a tracker, and spot what the numbers are saying
Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, pivot tables, and basic data manipulation
Able to design and document process flows — writing SOPs and procedures others can follow
Curious about AI and automation tools — comfortable using them to support workflows, even without a technical background
Able to manage multiple priorities at once — organised and focused even when workstreams shift or overlap
Structured, proactive, and calm under pressure — you plan ahead and don't get overwhelmed easily
Able to work with basic guidelines and take a task to completion — understanding what's needed and delivering without requiring constant direction
English required
French or Italian is a strong plus
