Deliver in-person and remote ground instruction to JAL cadets while ensuring compliance with CAE training standards and aviation regulations. Monitor cadet progress, maintain accurate training records, and reinforce safety management system principles throughout all instructional activities.
Requires a current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certification or Advanced/Instrument Ground Instructor ratings. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess effective communication skills for a professional training environment.
