Repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and allied machinery in the field while troubleshooting complex mechanical and engine system failures. Maintain strong client relations and provide accurate service reports while adhering to all safety and company policies.
Requires at least six months of related heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a skills assessment. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English.

JOB SUMMARY:
Repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and other Empire line allied machines, systems, and components in the field. Prepare equipment for delivery. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions and failures of machine and engines systems, and their components. Work in adverse weather conditions as needed. Accept all out-of-town assignments requiring extended overnight stays. Communicate orally and in writing information, instructions, and explanations to associates, clients and management regarding equipment conditions, problems, and recommendations.
