The General Service Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services according to company and manufacturer standards. They must also deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating vehicle issues and solutions to guests.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this role. Candidates should have automotive training in basic car maintenance and repair or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
