Job Summary:
The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for the daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of both delivery drivers and service technicians in supported locations to ensure the efficient distribution of propane and optimal utilization of field resources. This role will leverage route optimization software and work closely with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules that meet/exceed operational metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service. The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator will serve as the subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, field resource utilization, and reporting tools and dashboards associated with these functions.

The pay for this position ranges from $32.30 to $32.30 , depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
