The Loader/Unloader Lead coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift. They are responsible for maintaining productivity, department goals, and quality standards during the loading and unloading process.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the US, and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials for most of the shift in a fast-paced environment.

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
