Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience in high-power electronics. Must have proven expertise with high-voltage converters, motor drives, and the ability to operate laboratory test equipment.
Summary:
We are seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to design and develop high-power converters, inverters, and motor drive systems for heavy-duty applications in the mining and railroad industries. This role focuses on delivering robust, efficient, and reliable solutions capable of operating in harsh environments with demanding duty cycles. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with traction drives, propulsion systems, and high-voltage power electronics.
