The Regional Safety Manager leads the execution and oversight of EHS programs across multiple divisions to ensure safety standard consistency. Key duties include managing Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) risks, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various industrial sites.
Candidates should have 7-10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience, specifically within multi-site industrial or heavy equipment environments. A bachelor's degree in occupational safety, risk management, or a related field is preferred, along with strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 & 1926.

The Regional Safety Manager serves as the senior field-level safety leader responsible for execution, oversight, and performance alignment across multiple Yancey Bros. divisions within an assigned region.
Regional Safety Execution Leadership:
Implement enterprise EHS programs across assigned divisions and locations.
Participate in opening and closing conferences as needed.
Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Monitor regulatory updates and communicate impacts.

To be successful in this position you will have prior experience with occupational safety, strong accountability and initiative. This position also requires someone who has advanced problem solving skills, drive and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Risk Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
