The Arborist Ground Person assists tree care crews with pruning, rigging, and hazardous tree removal while maintaining equipment. They are responsible for implementing work zone safety procedures and supporting climbers and crew leaders in daily operations.
Candidates should have a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to perform manual labor in all weather conditions. While prior experience in tree care or a related degree is preferred, it is not required, provided the applicant has a positive attitude and a valid driver's license.
