Perform various tasks to prepare student housing for new residents, including furniture installation, groundskeeping, and housekeeping. Assist the maintenance team with repairs and provide support to residents during move-in day.

SUMMARY
Student housing turns typically last 10-21 days, where hundreds of students are moving out of a single community just days before a fresh crop is moving back in.
Each day you will be assigned a list of areas or units that needs some level of attention. Projects can include assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, assisting maintenance with HVAC or preventative maintenance projects, furniture assembly and installation, and helping residents on move-in day.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
