The Parts Representative provides customer service by managing front counter sales, processing orders, and handling price quotes. They also support the service department by managing warehouse stock, billing parts to work orders, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates should have previous experience with heavy-duty parts or hold a relevant trade certification. Strong computer skills, effective communication, and a valid driver's license are required for this role.
As a key member of the Wajax team the Parts & Service Clerk is responsible for providing an elevated level of customer service in support of the business of service and parts sales to the market, ensuring efforts are made to support repeat business by supporting front counter/order desk, warehouse and back counter and support the Service Department with administration duties.
• Previous Heavy Duty parts experience or Journey Certified an asset.
• Functional written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work effectively with others.
• A valid Driver’s License.
