The Warehouse Associate is responsible for hand-sorting returnable plastic containers onto pallets and ensuring they meet quality standards before shipment. They must also maintain accurate inventory documentation and communicate effectively with site management.
Candidates must have a high school degree or GED and possess strong oral and written communication skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.

This is a vital role for our sites to ensure we maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy of performance!

4th Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00pm-5:30am

Hand stack RPC’s on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
Examine products for quality standards
Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment
Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility
Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress
Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
High school degree or GED required
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
Ability to work overtime when needed

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
