The Concrete Laborer is responsible for preparing worksites, assembling concrete forms, and installing rebar according to project plans. They also handle the pouring, vibrating, and finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure proper settling and quality.
Candidates should have a learner's mindset, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to work in diverse environmental conditions. Prior experience in construction operations is preferred.
