The Shot Peen Operator is responsible for operating automated and manual peening machinery to process parts according to customer specifications. They must also perform part verification, create saturation curves, and ensure quality standards are met through rigorous inspection.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications. The role requires physical capability to handle heavy parts and adherence to ITAR regulations as a U.S. person.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Shot Peen Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will shot peen parts to customer specifications.
