The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, apartment turns, and general property upkeep including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They also handle emergency on-call requests and maintain the exterior curb appeal and pool areas.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in multifamily housing or the hotel industry with strong technical skills in painting and repairs. Professional certifications in plumbing or contracting are considered a plus.
