Responsible for preparing palatable and appetizing meals in accordance with therapeutic diets and written recipes. Duties include food production, kitchen cleaning, maintaining temperature records, and coordinating with culinary staff to meet meal schedules.
Experience as a cook in healthcare, specifically long-term care, is desired. Candidates should have completed a food service sanitation course and possess the ability to communicate effectively in English.
