WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Mable H Kehres Apartments, a 200-unit affordable housing community located in Monroe, MI.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay for this role is $16.57-$21.54 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on-call duty required being on-call for one week, off four weeks.
