Job Overview: The Facilities & Maintenance Lead is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and execution of all facility and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role serves as the primary technical resource for facility infrastructure, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance while providing direction and support to maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive industrial electrical experience, electrical troubleshooting skills, facility infrastructure knowledge, and experience with preventive maintenance programs. This position is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing facility-related projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that maximize uptime and operational performance.
