Responsible for plant upkeep, including daily shoveling, sweeping, and general housekeeping. Performs service and maintenance on heavy equipment such as loaders and haul trucks to ensure production continuity.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in extreme weather conditions. Preferred skills include welding, torching, and strong maintenance capabilities.
The 2nd Shift Maintenance/Laborer will primarily be accountable for plant upkeep, including daily shoveling and sweeping. The Maintenance/Laborer may operate plant equipment in order to maintain daily production of the plant. When the plant is not running, the Maintenance/Laborer will also assist in performing plant repairs and maintenance, and other plant duties.
The typical schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 4pm-4am, subject to change based on business needs.
