The Market Communications Lead (MCL) for North America will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a bold, integrated communications strategy that strengthens market leadership, amplifies executive voice, and drives measurable business impact.
Reporting to the VP of Global GTM Communications, this role serves as the single point of accountability the integrated comms plan and thought leadership initiatives for the Managing Director. The MCL will partner closely with the Marketing Market Leader (MML) Market Leadership, Corporate Comms, Product & Solutions Comms, and partner agencies to deliver a unified, high-impact narrative across earned, owned, and social channels.
Responsibilities
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
