The Supplier Development Engineer will manage the technical and operational ramp-up of robotics products from prototype to mass production. Responsibilities include developing scalable manufacturing processes, driving quality systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Candidates must have a BS/MS in an engineering discipline and at least 10 years of experience in supplier development or manufacturing engineering. Proficiency in NPI lifecycles, DFM, quality methodologies, and hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes is required.
