Overview:
The SWIFT and RENTAS Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and oversight of the organization's SWIFT and RENTAS operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, regulatory landscape, and technological advancements to ensure operational excellence.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Global Payment Centre.

Education/Qualification
Diploma / Degree in any discipline or experience in payments or branch operations and risk management.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum 8 years in payment operations or project management, specifically with SWIFT, RENTAS, and PayNet systems.
Deep knowledge and experience with the ISO 20022 message standard.
Understanding of the broader payments landscape and emerging payment technologies system e.g. SAA
Proven rapport with PayNet and SWIFT is essential.
