Analyze technical and operational data to identify issues and develop actionable solutions to complex cyber and operational challenges.
Provide clear, decision-quality recommendations to senior leadership.
Evaluate joint needs statements and define capability requirements using DOTMLPF-P frameworks.
Identify capability gaps and recommend solutions to optimize mission effectiveness and investment.
Support enterprise-level planning across systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Coordinate with DISA, CCMDs, and mission partners to align cyber domain efforts.
Brief and advise O5/O6, Senior Executive Service (SES) and General/Flag Officers on cyber strategy and mission risk.
Basic Qualifications
